ABOUT

Born in Qingdao, based in Hong Kong.

BA Graphic & Media Design, UAL (2013)

BA Fine Art (Ceramics), RMIT (2021).

Working as a contemporary ceramist, she explores the interplay of art, self and life through clay and materials.

By chance, she encountered Japanese kintsugi and undertook systematic training in Japan. Now also a kintsugi restorer, she integrates ceramic-making expertise with traditional urushi craft to explore the aesthetics of imperfection.
